    If I'm not mistaken, that's a Quaker parrot (sometimes erroneously called a parakeet), not a budgie.

    I printed it out for my neighbor who has a Quaker parrot. :-)

    I tend toward seasonal depression and have been feeling a bit gloomy the past few weeks, but the budgie with a candy cane put a big smile on my face.
